The Oleander Review was founded in 2006 by University of Michigan students Sarah Sala and Amanda Nichols Hess.  Since then, the review has published several volumes of work before coming to a publishing hiatus.

The Oleander Review was revived in the winter of 2015 to continue celebrating the works of accomplished artists and students alike.

To keep us running, we have a talented and dedicated group of students and post-graduates working as either board or staff members. Our board members are in charge of going through submissions, while our staff members each take on various roles from marketing to copyediting to accounting.
